Delivery terms and conditions

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, France, metropolitan France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.
Delivery costs are free of charge for Belgium.
For other countries, the costs will be calculated directly according to the selected article.
Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for Belgium and 5 to 7 days for other countries.
The delivery service is provided by Bpost.

Means of payment

We use the secure Stripe platform for your payments. You can pay securely by credit card visa, mastercard, maestro, Apple pay and Google pay.

Returns

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or in case of defect on one of our products, please contact us, we will tell you the procedure to follow. Returns are to be sent to : Tequila, 14-16 rue tabora 1000 Brussels, Belgium

You can also drop off your item directly at this address during store opening hours.

Warranty on watches

Our watches are guaranteed 1 year only on the mechanism. For a return please use the procedure described above.

Reimbursement following a return

We will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 20 days. Generally we will refund you upon receipt of the return.
